double entendre (duhb-uhl ahn-tahn-druh) n., A word or expression used in a given context so that it can be understood in two ways, especially when one meaning is risqué.
The vamp took note of the double entendre as she donned the pearl necklace she’d received as a gift from her gentleman caller.
