extemporaneous (ik-stem-puh-rey-nee-uhs) adj., Done, spoken, performed, etc., without special advance preparation; impromptu.

Jealousy over being excluded from this tender moment prompted Chris to throw extemporaneous “Bunny Ears” onto Sarah’s head, thus sending the message that he could not be ignored.
